With the SharePoint Management Module of the Access Manager, your permissions processes are fully automated. The integrated profile management as well as the monitoring of the technical environment with regard to non-authorized permission changes and comprehensive reporting are core competencies of the Access Manager. They are combined in the SharePoint Management module to manage permissions on SharePoint sites and site collections and are the key to audit-proof permission management.
The Access Manager handles permission management without involving the helpdesk or IT administration. It ranges from the interactive application via Self Service Portal by the user, through the identification of the responsible decision maker and the audit-proof decision documentation, to the implementation of technical changes.
All actions carried out with the Access Manager are meticulously protocolled and can be viewed at any time by authorized persons. With the audit functionality, you can also track exactly which changes were made when and by whom for which resource.
Self Service is a central component of our solution to integrate business departments and end users without IT background knowledge into the process of permission management, password recovery and identity management.
Based on the documentation in the audit, the Access Manager provides evaluations in a clear form that can be easily understood even by data managers without IT expertise. This gives you organization-wide transparency about who has access to which resources.
