The BAYOOSOFT Access Manager is the automated software solution for simple and transparent access management for unstructured data relating to file servers, SharePoint, and Active Directory, easy password reset and efficient Identity Management.
The Access Manager improves information security while significantly reducing operating costs with the self-service concept at the same time. Self-service is a key component of our solution, allowing various departments and end users to be involved in the access management process, password reset and Identity Management without needing an IT background. The system is intuitive and accessed via a browser. Easy-to-understand (historical) reports provide the necessary transparency. The technical environment is monitored and permissions protected against unauthorized changes.
The Access Manager can be scaled virtually limitlessly. It is compatible with multiple languages and designed for use across globally distributed locations.
Modularity allows the solution to be used according to customers’ needs. Besides file server and SharePoint modules, modules are available for identity management, password reset, file server accounting, reporting & audits and as interfaces to external programs and workflows.
The development and support for our software solutions are performed exclusively in Germany by our company’s qualified staff.
