More data security
By pre-authorising users, you can now protect sensitive data even more efficiently. Because in version 2021.1, a new feature simplifies precisely this process. The organisational protection measure makes it possible to define AD groups at data protection classes, which contain the pre-authorised employees.
Unauthorised users are marked in red in the interface and do not receive authorisation in the target system. Of course, you can also have the AD groups for pre-authorisation managed by the Access Manager with the extension module 3rd Party Management.
AD group management becomes even more user-friendly
The 3rd Party Permission Management is extended so that you can manage several AD groups per 3rd party element. This way, permission management can be applied even more clearly to 3rd party services such as remote applications, printer shares or internet access.
